It is an oxazolidine type latent curing agent. All the active hydrogens are blocked, and after hydrolysis, it can produce secondary amino groups and hydroxyl groups, which can react chemically with various substances. It is widely used in wet curing systems such as polyurethane adhesives, polyurethane sealants, and single/double-component polyurethane waterproof coatings.
Typical Applications:
-Removal of water from polyols, solvents, plasticisers and pigment pastes in two component polyurethanes
-Humidity control during application of sprayed polyurethanes
-Ideal for high solids systems due to low viscosity and solvent characteristics
