Job Description :	1) Synthetic route design: Independently or collaboratively design and optimize multi-step organic synthetic routes for the preparation of complex target molecules. 2) Synthesis Execution: Proficient in organic synthesis at the milligram to gram and kilogram scales. 3) Experimental Skills: Possessing rich experience in organic synthesis laboratories, familiar with classic reactions and modern synthesis methods (such as at least one field including transition metal catalysis, asymmetric synthesis, photocatalysis, electrochemical synthesis, etc.) 4) Separation and Characterization: Proficient in modern purification techniques and capable of conducting thorough structural confirmation and purity analysis of compounds using analytical methods such as NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, and IR. 5) Doctoral Position: Possess a doctoral degree in organic chemistry or a related field, with research interests in organometallic total synthesis, medicinal chemistry, or organometallic chemistry, etc 6) Master’s Position: Possess an outstanding master’s degree in organic chemistry or a related field, and have solid experimental skills in organic synthesis.

2. Recruitment position : Chemical engineering equipment technician

Job Description :	1) Daily maintenance and inspection: Conduct daily spot checks and regular inspections of the equipment to promptly identify and handle potential faults. 2) Fault Diagnosis and Maintenance: Respond quickly to equipment failures on the production line, conduct precise diagnosis and efficient maintenance, and reduce downtime. 3) Planned maintenance: Participate in formulating and implementing the annual and monthly major overhaul and technological transformation plans for equipment. According to the maintenance plan, complete the disassembly, inspection, replacement, installation and commissioning of the equipment. 4) Professional Requirements: Relevant majors such as Chemical Equipment and Machinery, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, and Mechatronics.
